For Little Man's 5th birthday, he's been insistent that he have a swim party. Given where we live and the time of year, I had no idea how to make that work. Then I discovered this indoor pool complete with diving boards and slides, and decently warm water! (That last one's important to me!) So we headed up to this pool with a few of Little Man's buds and had a great time splashing and celebrating! The theme was Star Wars, so we had Yoda Soda, Gogurt-sabers, Pizza-destroyers, and a Star Wars Lego cake!

He desperately wanted to try out this high dive, and I
decided to let him decide once he got up there if he was ready.
My heart was pounding because it's a pretty big drop for a new
swimmer, but he decided he wasn't quite ready to take the plunge, which
was just fine with me! |

He was very polite when opening gifts, making
sure to say thank you to each person....made me so proud! He really is
growing up. |
